each suite is serviced with eco friendly products in accordance with the collingwood’s commitment to protect the environment. guests are offered an opportunity to participate in our endeavours by reducing the water and detergent consumption used during the laundering of linen through a voluntary scheme. this scheme also extends to energy and water conservation

the collingwood boutique bed and breakfast accommodation does not cater for children under 16 years of age

smoking policy

please note that due to australian law all internal areas of the collingwood are classified as smoke free. we encourage guests wishing to indulge in smoking to do so on the privacy of their private covered balconies while enjoying the tropical and temperate climate of brisbane

arrival and departure information

check in time on day of arrival is 14:00 (2pm) check out on day of departure is 11:00 (11am)

cancellation policy

if cancelled 0-7 days before arrival 50% of the total amount will be forfeited/ if cancelled 8 – 14 days before arrival, 25% of the total amount will be forfeited/ if cancelled 15 or more days before arrival a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged
